Why do stores look for a CrystalCommerce alternative?
Usually it's the percentage. A flat fee is easy to plan around; 2.5% of online sales grows every month you do well. The other reason is fit. CrystalCommerce is built to push one inventory out to many marketplaces. A shop that mostly sells over the counter, runs a buylist and hosts Friday Night Magic needs the counter side done well more than it needs six channels.
The usual alternatives each have a catch. BinderPOS has been closed to new stores since February 2025 (details). TCGplayer Pro is only for Level 4 marketplace sellers (compared here). Shopify or Square alone means building your own card catalog.

Every valuable single is its own record with condition, cost and location, and its live market price sits next to what you paid. The kiosk, the buylist and the store-credit ledger are included on the free plan. Growth adds the repricer, gift cards, events and TCGplayer CSV export; Pro adds the register, per-game pricing rules and all 10 games.
Your CrystalCommerce export is the import: upload the CSV, review anything the matcher wasn't sure about, and your stock is in. On Pro, migration from CrystalCommerce is done for you and included in the price.
When should you stay on CrystalCommerce?
If eBay, Amazon, CardTrader or Mana Pool bring in real money, stay. CrystalCommerce integrates all of them and we integrate none. It also has a 2-million-product catalog, live chat every day from 9 to 5 Pacific, and years in business. We're young, one person answers support, and our catalog covers about 170,000 cards across 10 games. Our case is narrower: if your money comes through the door, you shouldn't pay a percentage of it.

How much does CrystalCommerce cost?
CrystalCommerce's pricing page lists one Professional plan: a $599 setup fee, $99 a month, 2.5% of online sales, and 0% transaction fees on point-of-sale and buylist sales, with a 30-day money-back guarantee (as of September 27, 2026).
Does Foil Haven charge a setup fee or a percentage of sales?
No setup fee and no percentage. Counter is free, Growth is $79 a month and Pro is $149 a month. Foil Haven takes 0% of your counter and website sales on every plan.
Can I import my CrystalCommerce inventory into Foil Haven?
Yes. Export your inventory CSV from CrystalCommerce and upload it at Dashboard → Stock → Competitor import. Cards are matched by name and set, foils are detected from the listing, and anything ambiguous goes to a review list. The import runs in 100-row batches, and re-uploading the same file never creates duplicates. On Pro, we do the migration for you.
Can Foil Haven list my cards on eBay or Amazon?
No. Foil Haven has no eBay or Amazon channel. It sells through your counter, your kiosk, an optional Shopify store, an optional $10 a month hosted website, and TCGplayer by CSV export and orders import on Growth and Pro. If eBay and Amazon are a large share of your sales, CrystalCommerce covers them and we don't.
Does Foil Haven have a point of sale?
Yes, on Pro. The register handles cash, store credit, gift cards, trade-ins, discounts, sales tax, receipts and a Z-report. It doesn't charge cards, so card payments stay on your existing terminal.
Can I try Foil Haven before I leave CrystalCommerce?
Yes. Counter is free with no card required. Import your CrystalCommerce export into it and run both side by side until you're sure.
