Your case, plus every partner’s.

Inventory and a register for card shops. It knows every card you own, what shape it’s in and what it cost you. Soon it will know what your partner stores have as well.

Counter is free. Bring your export and start today.

Not in your case?

Don’t have a card a customer wants? A partner might.

The demo store’s case. Tap a card to pull it out. Market prices are Scryfall’s for each condition on 29 October 2026; the costs are the sample store’s.

One binder. Every partner’s pages.

The card you don’t have is sitting in somebody else’s case. Here’s how the network will work.

  1. 1A customer asks for a card you don't have.Right now they go home and order it on TCGplayer. A store twenty miles away probably has it in a binder.
  2. 2Your counter, kiosk or website shows a partner has it.Every store on Foil Haven tracks each card individually, so one search checks every partner's case at once.
  3. 3They ship it. You both earn. The partner ships it and keeps most of the money. You get $5 on a $100 sale for sending it their way, and your customer leaves with the card instead of going to TCGplayer.

Supplying the network is free on every plan; hosting the network catalog at your counter needs Growth or Pro. The network is onboarding founding partners now and nothing on this page is a live network sale. The full split is on the partners page.

One printing, three conditions, three prices. The store’s copy carries its own cost, so the margin is that copy’s.

What it tracks.

Every card, by condition and cost.

You paid different amounts for different copies. Foil Haven remembers which is which, so the margin on each sale is right.

Reprice on your own rules.

Reprice from market prices whenever you like, with your own multiplier per condition.

Store credit you can trust.

Buylist offers and store credit sit in one ledger. When somebody comes in to spend credit, you both see the same balance.

The Foil Haven inventory list: one row per card with its set, condition, cost and market price.

The inventory screen in the demo store: search and filters first, then one row per card.

Who it’s for.

Foil Haven is built for independent card shops that sell singles. One system for the case, the buylist, the kiosk and the website, priced so a one-location store can afford it. Export from wherever you are now and it loads in.

What it costs.

Flat monthly price, and no cut of your own sales on any plan. The only split is a network sale: the store that ships keeps $88 of every $100, $91 on Growth or Pro.

Questions store owners ask.

What does Foil Haven cost?

Counter is free, Growth is $79 a month and Pro is $149 a month. Every plan includes item-level inventory, the in-store kiosk, and the buylist with a store-credit ledger. A hosted store website is an add-on on any plan, charged per store: Website is $10 per store a month, and Community is $29 per store a month.

Does Foil Haven take a percentage of my sales?

No. Foil Haven takes 0% of your counter and website sales on every plan, including free. The subscription is the whole bill. The only split in the system is on network sales, where the store that ships keeps 88% or 91%.

Is the network live?

Not yet. The Foilhaven Network is onboarding founding partner stores now. Create your store, bring your inventory over, and opt in from the dashboard. Founding partners are first in line when cross-store selling switches on.

Can I move my inventory from BinderPOS or another system?

Yes. Foil Haven imports inventory exports from BinderPOS, CrystalCommerce, TCGplayer Pro, BigCommerce and Square. On a real 6,361-single BinderPOS export, 98.5% matched to the exact printing and the rest went to a review list. If anything lands on the review list, email and I'll help you sort it.

Does Foil Haven connect to my website?

Through Shopify. I set up a custom Shopify app for you until the public one is approved, and your website and your inventory stay in step. If your site is on anything else, it and your inventory don't talk to each other yet.

Which card games does Foil Haven support?

10 games: Magic, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, One Piece, Star Wars: Unlimited, Flesh and Blood, Digimon, Riftbound, Gundam. Counter and Growth carry up to 4 of them; Pro carries all 10.

Can a new store sign up for BinderPOS?

Not directly. As of September 2026 its sign-up page says new seller onboarding is paused and sends you to a waitlist, with no reopening date. Foil Haven is taking new stores now, starting on the free plan.

Does Foil Haven sell on eBay or sync live with TCGplayer?

No eBay channel, and no live TCGplayer sync. Growth and Pro export your stock to TCGplayer as a CSV and import TCGplayer orders; Pro automates the upload. Card payments stay on your existing terminal, since the register doesn't charge cards.
